You may return damaged or unsuitable catalogue merchandise. Genumark will issue a credit, full refund or exchange the product. Contact Genumark Customer Service for a Return Authorization form. Note that discontinued items may be final sale. Washed, worn, or altered merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Merchandise that is special ordered, special size, custom-imprinted or personalized cannot be returned unless defective.
Contact Genumark Customer Service by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (1(866) 661-4567) and provide the order number, reason for the return, items to return, and your contact information. A return authorization number will be provided for each return request.
Items are required to be returned in the original condition and if possible in the original packaging

Return item(s) via post or courier; returns cannot be made in person
Include a copy of the "Return Authorization" information provided by the vendor

If your order includes both, in stock and back-ordered items, the in-stock items will not ship until the back-ordered items arrive in our warehouse. An invoice will be issued once all items have been delivered. If you require the in-stock items immediately, please place one order for in-stock items and a second order for backordered items.
